HOW TO COOK
Boil the water and heat up
Pour the water to pot up to fill 70 % and boil it. Once water start boiling, put the broth pouch into boiling water for 6 minutes.
*Please don’t pour too much water to pot to avoid boil over.
Pour the broth to Serving Bowl
Open the broth pouch and pour the broth into serving bowl.
Cook noodles
Put the strainer to pot and put the noodles into the strainer for the time directed on the broth pouch. stir them well so they don’t stick to each other.
*Cook beansprout/pak choi
(*If your kit includes beansprout or pak choi)
A blanch beansprout or pak choi in the boiling water for 10 second and drain well.
Drain the noodles
Drain the noodles and put into serving bowl. Lift and fold the noodles to make your ramen look nice.
Decoration
Arrange toppings as desired.
