Ingredients can be seen on each individual ramen kit page. None of our products contain shellfish and peanuts.

We have a few vegetarian/vegan menus.
Are there gluten-free menus?
Unfortunately we don’t have gluten-free menu.
Ordering & Delivery
Can I cancel my order?
Please email info@goemonramen.com by Monday of the week your ramen kit is due to arrive. We’ll be unable to cancel any orders after Monday as the order will be processed.
Once we’ve received your request, we will cancel your order and process a refund. Your refund will show on your statement in 5-7 working days.
Can I change my order?

Changing your delivery address

When is the latest I can place an order for coming Thursday?
The latest you can place your order for coming Thursday is on Sunday.
When do you restock sold out ramen kit?
We normally restock most of sold out ramen kit on Monday. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to enable to choose your favorite ramen.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Once your order is confirmed and the payment has been taken, you‘ll receive a confirmation email.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.
If you still can’t find the order confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@goemonramen.com and we will resend the order confirmation.
When is my order coming?
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message or email from DHL with a time slot.

Delivery Area
What day and time will the order be delivered?
DHL will give you an Estimated hours of arrival by text or email on the day of Delivery on Thursday morning.
If the scheduled delivery time isn’t convenient for you, or if you’d rather collect your parcel from a DHL ServicePoint,
use the My DHL app to change the time and location of delivery with ease. You can do this starting on the day before
your scheduled delivery.

You can skip the delivery without any charge if you request it by Sunday.

Please be sure to place the product in your fridge as soon as you receive it.
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP?
Please note that we are not responsible for the temperature control of the kit once it has been delivered to you.
We recommend that kits should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt, unless intended for immediate preparation and consumption.
