Dipping noodles! With this variety of ramen, the noodles and toppings are served separately from the broth.
This isn’t simply deconstructed ramen though – tsukemen noodles are thicker, and the broth is more concentrated.
Dipping the noodles just before eating allows you to enjoy the texture of the noodles better, while controlling exactly how much of the broth coats your noodles.

・1 Broth pouch (Pork and Fish broth)
・Pork chashu (Marinated braised pork)
・Seasoned egg (half)

HOW TO COOK
Boil the water and cook noodles
Pour the water into 2 pots to fill 70 % and boil it.*Please don’t pour too much water into the pot to avoid it boiling over.
Once water starts boiling, put the noodles into the boiling water for5minutes . stir them well so they don’t stick to each other.
Drain and wash the noodles
Drain the hot water by using a strainer. Wash well with cold water for 20 seconds.
Put noodles in serving plate
Drain the water. Serving noodles to the bowl put into a bowl.
Heat up the broth
Put the broth pouch into boiling water for 6 minutes.
Pour the broth to serving bowl
Open the broth pouch and pour the broth into a serving bowl.
Decoration
Decorate topping as you like it.
