5. Delivery

5.1 We accept order until Sunday for delivery on Thursday. 5.2 On the day of delivery, you will get an hour delivery slot notice from DHL by Email or text message. 5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot to receive delivery or please rearrange your delivery by DHL delivery rearrange service if you are unable to receive the delivery. 5.4 Adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery.

6. Cancellation right

6.1 Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before 00:00 of the delivery date; 6.2 Modifications can be made up to 72 hours before 00:00 of the delivery date; 6.3 As products sold on the website are of a perishable nature, i.e. are liable to deteriorate rapidly, cancellations and refunds cannot be offered outside of the provisions in Sections 6.1 and 6.2. This includes returns after the products have been delivered, except in the event that the products are found to not be of satisfactory quality. 6.4 If the you wishes to cancel a contract on the basis described in this Section 9, you must inform us via e-mail. 6.5 If you cancel an order in accordance with this Section 6, then you will receive a full refund of the amount paid in respect of the order including the costs of delivery to you. 6.6 We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. 6.7 You will not have any right to cancel an order as described in this Section 9 insofar as the contract relates to: (a) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

We may, for example, suspend access to the website during server maintenance or when we update the website.
